Important information about reporting repairs

Tenants and Residents are reminded we no longer offer a 24-hour Report a Repair service.

After-hours emergencies at your home should be reported to the appropriate emergency service. Emergencies include gas leaks, fires or threatening behaviour.  For all other issues please call us during office hours and we’ll arrange a repair as soon possible within our priority classification.

In the event of a genuine asset failure that occurs out of hours, for example a burst water pipe, you can choose to arrange and pay for a repair yourself and request a reimbursement from us.  Please note that we can only reimburse you if the repair is a failure of the property.  Be assured that these kind of incidents occur very rarely. As reported above, special arrangements with Giraffe Facilities Maintenance Australia have been made for the Christmas period.
